At least, you sound further along than me. I was supposed to make character profiles and write a story, but every time I manage to get some morsel of courage to begin it, I see or read something and lose it all.
I've been working on this project for years and only recently started the actual writing. I'm not even writing chronologically, I just figure that I'll just write each chapter very much like its own adventure and then compile, organize, and then edit them together to show the actual chronology. Then I plan on breaking these down and turning these into a really long comic.
...and make it my cover art if I can. I'm hoping I can find the original Photoshop file.
Making character profiles is fun, I have a little blue book with loads of characters from this project, along with a map, some cites and a few stories and myths from the world I created. It also has sketches too. I find that writing character profiles out by hand makes me feel more productive as well as more inspired. I would recommend trying it out. Using a smaller notebook makes it feel even better and makes me write more because I feel like I'm actually making progress. I take my little, blue beauty with me everywhere, I love it.
Xerneas gives and maintains life in pokemon, Yveltal brings chaos, and Zygarde makes sure the world doesn't go "down the tubes" sort to speak. These three are based off Norse Myths. Which is actually very cool, I think.
Yeah, I love Norse mythology. I wonder if they'll introduce a Ratotosk of Pokemon, it could make for a very interesting "Mew" of this gen. I kind of want to make art of the three living in the Yggdrasil tree... It could be really pretty and cool!
